
First Jamie, now James? Pete Tong has really been pulling out the big guns recently, huh?
Still playing Jamie XX’s mix vigorously. I have to be honest though, it’s been a while since I’ve actually listened to Blake’s album simply because the whole thing is not lively enough for me. Music needs to wake me up, keep me going, energize me. Don’t quite get that from his slow, lulling tracks. This mix on the other hand, sourcing from both his own and material from a spectrum of artists, is definitely more upbeat.
